You might want to read all of this up date it might involve you. As you have read before what happened with me (Jason Calgary) involving CINL Roofing also registered as (699126 Alberta Ltd. & CINL roofing 2008 LTD. & last and most impotent CINL Holdings LTD. This is where the money is I think. ? ) Well, here we go court is done (Action #1301600027) well, I won July 12 2013. The judgment was for $8000.00 plus $215.16 costs as of now (File # 1301-08424) the garnishee on his bank (CIBC Strathmore) proved to be pointless $0.00 under all three names empty, zero. Well, I’m going to the bailiffs to collect I think. This could add up to another $2000.00 in costs, what’s an extra $2000.00 in cost = $10215.16 between friend. I also, Will be serving a garnishee to any clients I can find, that 699126 Alberta Ltd., CINL roofing 2008 LTD. & or CINL Holdings LTD. is doing business with, tell this debt is paid in full. So I wish to apologise in advance if this includes your site or you personally, but I paid $8000.00 deposit in a timely fashion, one day CASH. So I wish the same in return, considering that 699126 Alberta Ltd., CINL roofing 2008 LTD. & CINL Holdings LTD. are not registered with the government under the Alberta Regulations 185\1999 free trading act. Prepaid contracting business licensing regulations act.. According to CINL Representative/Business owner during our court case. The courts has awarded me $8000.00 on July 12 2013 and it looks like it’s going to be a long road to collect, but I don’t give up on what is right; I have 10 years to collect. I think they will get to know me very well in this time frame. If I could give any one a piece of advice it would be, Read all about a company first talk to people that had work done by them, Because this site did check that the person writing the review is telling the truth. They e-mailed me on July 26 2013 and I sent them the judgment to prove this reviews worth, THE TRUTH. If you write a review please tell the truth they do check, i wonder if they check the good ones? One last thing CINL representative/owner did bring this review up in court, they have tried to remove my first review from this review site, but it’s still here and an update now. I will keep people updated if this judgment is paid in full. Good luck finding a good roofer or sider. Again thanks Ben for actually doing this job, it was done in four days and it was done right, done fast & a excellent job cost $11000.00. If anyone needs to see a proper job done take a look around Cheadle AB. Ben has done lots of roofing & siding in this hamlet. Drop in and ask who did your siding? Friendly honest people live there I’m sure they will tell you THE TRUTH. Remember, this is my opinion and hopefully it’s not your site I show up to garnishee I will have the paper work in hand.
