Placed an order with them on the 10th of July. On the 18th I contacted them via email and requested a Tracking number. On the 19th I called after I received no autoresponse to my email and was told by a rep that I should received a Tracking Number by COB 7/19/2013. Well it never came so on Monday he 22nd I called back to ask about the tracking number and I was told verbatim by the sales rep:"Why you trippin its just a camera". Its not even time for you to received it" First of all I was taken back at the wording he used and then his tone like I was bothering him. So I said Look I was told I'd get a tracking number on Friday and its Monday so why can't you just verbally give me my tracking number and the guy just hung up. I called back about 4 times each time they hung up. Finally I got through this time I asked for the manager. When the manager "ROBERT" got on the phone my first question was "If your offices are located in New York why does it take 15 days for me to receive my camera and the Manager said Hell you get Free Shipping so you have to wait besides your camera isn't even scheduled to arrive till Friday so I said if that be the case May I have a the Tracking Number. The manager then said we don't have that here this is the call center and then he flat out hung up. I was heated at this point so I went on line to find the BBB to see if there were similar reports against this company and yes there were SEVERAL 152 to be exact. All the cases state that the company SCAMMED them and they didn't deliver on the goods. I thought they were a reputable company because I saw them on the sidebar of both EBAY and AMAZON.com but they are a bogus company with horrible customer service. I contacted my bank and opened a dispute. My account was credited. The next morning I logged onto NIKON.com and found the same camera for $10 more purchased it on Tuesday received it two days later. AJRichie needs to be banned.
