after being asked to do a short survey online then being told as a thank you given choice of three different gifts one of which was no longer available one which was pretty useless and the third which was derma juvernate and juverneye and was offered free as pay postage only then two weeks later finding 89 pounds and 83 pounds taen from my bank account. shocked
