FRAUD LETTER SENT TO MY EMAIL. I HAVE SEVERAL OF THESE AND WHEN THEY ASK FOR ME TO SEND THEM MONEY TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MY WINNINGS, I RESPOND WITH A REQUEST TO WITHDRAW THE FEE FROM MY WINNINGS AND TO SEND ME THE WINNINGS ON A ATM CARD. THEN I LET THE SENDER KNOW THAT THE LETTER WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE UNITED STATES FBI OSBI AND NRA : ).... USUALLY DON'T HEAR BACK FROM THEM.
