Requested a wire transfer for vacation rental in Santa Barbara. Bank rep did some background searching. Found Henri Hessels had prior fraud and scam complaints. He would never answer property questions. After advising him that they found his name with fraud complaints, never heard from him again. Other names associated with this scam were Charlotte Cassity and Pedro Hurtado (name by Henri as property owners).
