I was contacted by my bank today, 7/25/2013, regarding a possible overdraft. When I questioned a debit transaction for $28.99 USD, it was charged to CPDNetHelp.com for a dating sit called BeNaughty.com. It turned out my 12 year old son took my card without my knowledge or permission. He said the site came up on his phone and the site wouldn't let him close it without entering a card number. It ended up being for a monthly subscription. I called CPD and they cancelled the subscription and blocked the card, but they said they couldn't credit my card without reporting fraud and sending it to police. I want to be sure the subscription was actually cancelled and I want the $28.99 credited back to my card.

- Contact your Bank of which your card belongs. File a charge dispute. You will more likely get the money back. Good Luck
