I received an offer for a free sample of Auravie skin care products. Just pay shipping and handling of $2.95. After using the products for 20 days it broke my face out so I quit using the product, but no loss it was only $2.95, right? Now today I see a $97.88 charge on my account. When I called they said I had exceeded the "10 trial period", which was mentioned no where on the initial offer, and the only thing they could do is cancel my "subscription" and send me a free mask. Why would I want a mask of the product that doesn't agree with my skin. They totally take advantage of people with their supposed free offer. In the first place 10 days isn't long enough to see if a product is working and in the second place there was no mention of an additional charge of $97.88 and a monthly subscription after that! Don't order the free trial unless you like to waste $$...
