A male name Steven Harris call and stated he was from the finanicial crime investigations and told me I had taken out a payday loan from cash net and they was taking me to court but I could settle it out the courthouse. I ask them for more information about the case and this is an email that was sent from them stating "To get the exact date and amount of loan credited in your A/c please contact on bank number.
We have received your case file to download in court, hence we would not able to disclose the information from our end." At this time i didnt know it was a scam because I had taken out a payday loan before. Just recently in Sept. when I found out these people were scammers. I reported it to the local police department and was told there was nothing they could do by an investigator. Since then I receive phone calls from them and return to the police department and was told again by the investigator it was nothing they can do. So now I just ignore there calls but they call from so many different numbers.
