Sold me Microsoft Office Professional and said they would send the product activation code etc so that I could download and activate the software. I payed with PayPal (thank goodness) because they never sent the code, but now I am having to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back. They falsely have BBB and other logos that mislead buyers into thinking they are a trusted company.
