I ordered the trial pack on the 07/07/13, received an order confirmation Number 10321, then received a despatch email quoting a tracking number FL243412070GB - Which states was delivered to someone on the 07/03/13 (4 days before I placed the order) - I have tried on several occassions to contact them by phone and they keep hanging up on me - DO NOT ORDER
