I received a phone call from Kevin Andersen a part time employee of RXWorldpharmacy who claim to be a subsidiary of a large compamy called W.D.M.I. World Data Management U.S.A. Inc. Kevin, without permission had gone into the sales person's file while she was not looking and got my information. This I did not know at the time. He then said he was a salesman filling in for my regular saleswoman because she was not in the office. that is untrue as he does not do any sales. He was very friendly and upbeat telling me about the rare special "only today" and felt bad that I would miss it because my sales rep. was out for the day. He said he was "calling from work (rxworldpharmacy) and if I refilled "today" my normal refill would have 20% extra pills free and it would be a shame for me to miss out on this great offer." I agreed to refill with the free pills and the normal refill was $210.00 buy I would be getting more free. I gave him a CC number because I had ordered from the company before. He thanked me for the refill and said he could be reached at [email protected] or (702) 577-1091 if I had any questions and because it was Friday he would not be able to send the tracking number until 2 working days Tuesday April 2 nd. On April 3rd I called him at his work number and said I did not get the tracking number you said I would have by Tuesday, yesterday, can I have it now please? He then shocked me by saying "what are you talking about? 1) I work in the front office, I never do sales and 2) there is no way I or anyone at the pharmacy could have possibly called you IT WAS GOOD FRIDAY! THE WHOLE PHARMACY WAS CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND! How did you come up with this?" I am not a follower of religious holidays and did not realize that he called on Good Friday. I checked my caller I.D. and was startled to see the call was made from a cell phone, most likely from his home and spoke with my regular saleswoman and she said "Yes we shut down all weekend including Friday the doors were locked, nobody could have called from the pharmacy and why would Kevin call you? He is just a part time new guy helping out with some accounting and stuff?" I quickly got online and looked at my credit card charges and there was a charge for exactly the same amount Kevin said it would be, but it was not charged to the Pharmacy where he worked. The charge was on the same day he called 3-29-13 for $210.00 but was charged to HerbsRx 2037478704 x 1 Stamford, CT. Now the work number is a (702) number which is Las Vegas, NV. Kevin Andersen must be very cleaver professional swindler to have pulled this off so smoothly and had an out "We Were Closed." I have never heard of HerbsRX in my life and I am sure I did not order anything during those days of an Herbal product from anywhere. His butt was well covered. He did not get in trouble at work because they were closed and there was no charge at all for $210 on or around that time from at the pharmacy. I sent a copy of the statement to the pharmacy manager and they said we never heard of HerbsRX which is probably true because my other orders were not charged to HerbsRX, therefore I suspect that there is no such place as HerbsRX. It is some type of money laundering underground organization for criminals to join and make credit card fraudulent charges. Most likely the launderers charge a percentage or something per charge and shield their criminal users information somehow. That is my best guess. I never heard of the place until I saw a charge on my card that should have been to the pharmacy where he works. Anyone else have an Idea what up with HerbsRX? Anyone ever seen a storefront in Stamford CT.? This guy was good. He is not new at fraud, he was too calm and slick in covering himself up. He sure fooled me!
