i HAVE GOTTEN A CHARGE OF 39.95 X 8 MONTHS. i EMAILED THEM TO KNOW AVAIL. lAST MONTH I CALLED THEM, I COULD NOT EVEN FIND AN ACCT W THEM, THOUGH THE MONEY IS BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCT, WHEN I PUT IN MY ROUTER # AND ACCT # NOTHING COMES UP. i PUT MY DEBIT CARD # IN AND THAT WAS NEGATIVE. wHEN i CALLED LAST MONTH THE PERSON I SPOKE W COULD NOT FIND AN ACCT FOR ME,BUT SHE SAID IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. I ALSO CALLED MY BANK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT. MY ACCT WAS DEBITED AGAIN THIS MONTH ON JULY 20!
