I never recieved the welcome kit in Sept. so I was unable to cancel If I wanted to, the only thing I recieved was a postcard yesterday(10/11/2011) and I called then and canceled, today (10/12/2011) they took 24.95 out of my account,so I called again today(10/12/2011) said there is no record of me canceling yesterday,I had a cancel # but she said there's no record, so she canceld again,she didn't have a # for me to call to get my money back,the email she gave is a joke, the # there either. She knew the exact amount of money that was taken out of the account but she can't help get my money, she can't even help with a phone #
