Same as other complaints - they have called me twice saying they got a windows notification that i had a virus and they needed to remove. Clearly they just want to get into your computer and have access to your info. They are scammers and pretend not to understand when you ask them who they are, what they want and why they have your info. I tried to report to the FTC but their website sucks...
