I called twice , but the first representative said there was absolutley No refund that I had signed up for automatic renewal in the terms and conditions and I got really upset cause I can't afford it and she did not care at all. I screamed at her and she hung up. I called again and begged this girl who seemed to be real sweet and got a refund. There are some snakes in this organization, I do not recommend this sight to any christian.
