I relaxed my hair on July 14, 2014. I used a regular relaxer and only left it on for 8 minutes. After I washed it out huge clumps of my hair started to fall out! All of my hair color came out as well! I have used relaxers in my hair before and nothing has ever happened. The relaxer has done unrepairable damage to my hair!! It is crusty and if I even attempt to brush it or wash it, it gets all mushy and starts falling out! It is stringy like a rubberband and completely unmanagable! I am African American and I have never experienced a problem with any relaxers until now! Very dissatisfied!
