I have opened demo account and placed 2 trades and later I logged into real account just to check my balance in a different window. So both demo & real account are open in two different windows & I placed 1 60 sec trade and 3 binary options trade in demo account. But somehow these trades from demo account were moved to real account and I lost all the trades.
It looks like it's some IT glitch in their trading platform. When I attempt to login application should notify/close the previous login or restrict me to login other accounts, instead it's overwrote the other account login.
I have explained the whole situation to my broker and agreed to refund but only if I deposit additional $6000.I refused to make any further deposits and from then broker was not responding to this issue.

- This is EXACTLY what happend to me about 2 weeks ago. I also placed a trade on my demo account and I checked and made 100% sure I was on my demo account but than when I opend my real account the trade was running there and the money was taken from real account... They just told me to write a email to complain and told me that it is not possible what I am saying. From day 1, I have had nothing but problems with BDB. I would tell everyone to stay away from them and if you read some good reviews about them anywhere, you can bet that they payed or wrote them on their own.
