Safety Driveway

They came to my house and told me that they have some material left over from the other job if I want to do my driveway,because I didn't know anything about driveway and the cost so i just deal with them for $3.00/feet.They finish half on Wednesday 10/03/11 and I pay them $2,000.00 in check and they came back to finish the other half on next day 10/04/11 and after they finish the guy seems like the boss came to me and said I can pay him $2,400.00 check or $2,200.00 cash so I pay him $2,200.00 cash and 3 days later the weeds start to grow through the thin layer of asphalt and the asphalt begins to crumble. I call the guy cell phone 410-500-2538 and he said he will come over and fix it but I wait and wait for 2 days he never come then I call him again , and soon he heard my voice he then hung up on me , and then I call again and again but he never answer the phone and he even shut off the phone. So what can I do or what should I do , because I don't have anymore money to pay someone to fix it ,that is all the money I have. And when I measure my driveway he even charge me almost 300 feet over. Can someone please tell me I should I do now ?
