This Illinois distributor, also known as ABC Distributing and Lakeside Collections, have ruined my business by massive amounts of delayed shipping or none at all. This is after all the orders were paid for in advance. This company with the CEO's name is Michael Hara, his assistant is Cathy Bauer, her assistant is Pat Blumenthal and her assistant is Erica Tellez.

They have withheld over 840 orders that were to be shipped to my customers on Amazon. I had to refund all of the orders and this has caused my 100% perfect feedback record to decline drastically. Now I have not been able to recover and I am not only out the $14,000 in refunds that were sent to the customers, but also the $7,000 that was sent to this company for the orders that were delivered too late, and claims were filed against me on Amazon. This company has charged my visa for over $6000 of unauthorized charges. Stating that they never keep the credit card number. This is completely false. And to this day, they are still trying to get funds from my account. I had to change the account so they would not be able to get into it. The product they send out is nothing more than garbage. I was completely embarrassed when I received some of the returns at my residence. I could not believe the product they are sending out. They also get China to copy items, such as "As Seen On TV" products and then have them sent to customers in a black plastic bag. This is not the product they state it is. I will also be out the $13,000 in profits for the next 6 months, for it will take that long to recover from the damage they have done to my reputation and ratings on Amazon.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!
