As everyone seems to have said already, I jumped at the chance to try this free trial, as I thought if it worked , I would have finally found a cream to help with my skin and complexion, I checked my account to make sure they only took the postage out, which they did, I thought great. BUT as I checked account on 12/07/2013 (British format) , I was disgusted at what I saw, as they took £89.91 out of my account, which was meant for another bill, which means that bills not going to get paid and so forth. I immediately rang my bank on the 13/07/2013 to put a stop to anymore payments going out of my account and to dispute the £89.91 going out as I had not agreed to this transaction. The bank told me, that they new of this company and that they can't get my £89.91 back as apparently it's in the small print that they can take this amount out of my account after 14days of getting the free trial. I said that was not on the website, as I always check before I buy, the bank lady said apparently it is at the bottom, but to small for anyone to see, so I loose that money. The bank also stated that they can't block them 100% because they have my bank details but will watch for these transaction and if they do manage to get money out of my account, the bank will automatically refund me. The lady gave me two company numbers to phone and ask them to delete my information, when I tried these numbers, they were NOT in service, so I am now hoping for the best and no more money goes out of my account.
