someone went into my accounts on authorized and took $440. I follow the process of filing a dispute. I contacted them on July 9th to get an update because I had not heard anything after a week. the woman on the phone had told me to wait another two weeks to give me a complete thorough investigation and have their findings as well as returning me my money. yesterday July 12 I received a letter from account now stating that they concluded with their investigation and was not returning me my funds! the letter was dated the same beat that I had contacted them for the update. I was like to on the phone and I find it completely inappropriate to send me a letter that you are denying my clean to return my money. if I did not authorize someone to take that money from my account it does not matter what kind of Investigation you are doing just credit me my fun! I report them to the Better Business Bureau and I am seriously considering getting a lawyer. because of this whole situation I am now facing eviction because that money was my rent money.
