On June 29, 2012, I spoke with Michael Brooks at 1-800-383-6806 and discussed the NBM Savings program. This was during a time when I was going through a lot of medical issues. I had already spoken with someone from a different company. She had me on the phone while she talked to each of my creditors. She was unable to get my interest rates lower and immediately refunded my money. As soon as I received their information packet, I called them and said that I didnot want to be apart of their program and asked for a full refund. Mr. Brooks told me to go ahead and send back the forms so they could get started. I kept calling and was continually told to send them the information so they could get started. The last time I talked to someone who was a lady (that I did not get her name)and told her that I was not sending any forms to them, it was too much to fill out. She immediately switched to saying that I didn't have to fill out the forms and she would notify everyone in the ofc. to expect a call from me and to take my info. down. I called again yesterday, only to find out that the number had been changed to a fax number. That made me realize that I had been scammed.
