I have received supposedly "free gift" from NGCB. I felt somewhat suspicious and did not broke the seal. I have never received any confirmation of my purchase or invoice. When my account was charged $90, I contacted company and have sent them their product back UNOPENED. I have witnesses who can testify on my behalf.
When the company failed to reimburse my money, I called them and was told that the bottle was opened. Either it was an honest mistake or a bare-face lie, nobody bothered to investigate the matter. Instead, they called me a liar, although I had a witness. They returned $45 as "a favor" and declared the case closed. Although I accepted a half of what they owned me, I do not consider the case close unless I receive the full refund and shipping expenses. I realise that this amount insignificant but more than anything I want justice and warn the other possible victims of NGCF shady practices
