Hi my name is Elio Narciso and my complaint is about the and worst SEO service of www.highposition.in
I had hired High Position couple of months ago and paid them 900 USD monthly basis to get my site ranked on Google. The first report that was not acceptable and it was full of discrepancies!
While I was trying to contact the project manager, account manager and CEO, they did not respond.
That is when I figured out that this was an SEO scam so be warned, www.highposition.in is not the genuine SEO Company!
So please do some research on the web about the reputation of www.high position in before hiring them.

- Hello Elio, My name is Mitali Purkait Ghosh and I am one of the Co-Founder of High Position. The complaint that you have stated above is completely unacceptable. First of all the payment that you are talking about is wrong. The project value was definitely $900 but the payment that we received was of $475 and I have the proof of that. Regarding the work, there was a lot of misunderstandings, we tried our best to call you, email you but we didn’t receive any answer from your end. The last conversation that we had with you was on 25th September 2012 where the Account Manager wanted to know about the best time when we can give you a call and fix the issues that were there but we never received anything from your end. So it’s better to have proper facts and figures while giving such remark about Us.

- I also found out that you have mentioned in your complaint that you tried to contact your project manager, account manager and CEO but what we have with us is the last reply that we got from you was on 20th September 2012, after that we contacted you so many times but never received any reply from your end.

First all all thanks for your reply!
You agreed that I have already paid $475 USD and there was lot confusion, that means you guys have not good communication skill and online promotion knowledge. You have mentioned in your above comment that your account manager was trying to communicate with me on 25th September 2012. Wow! You grabbed my money and you guys were trying to call only one time! It's really good communications, thanks for that.
By the way, Why Doesn't he call me again? -

- @FAKE Elio : Thanks a lot for replying back. But before answering to your comment I would like to add a point. The English that you had used in writing emails earlier has a lot of difference with the English that you are writing now. Which means you are not the actual “Elio Narciso”. Because people who lives in NY never writes such English. So, it means you are also FAKE just like ROBBIN, RATUL. You fall in the category of people who has started creating fake profiles to tarnish our image. Simultaneously you are also tarnishing a person’s image. You are using the name of a person and creating FAKE PROFILES with his image. So, let me be very clear, we will be collecting all the proof and we currently have all the ip details as well, so make sure you don’t repeat it.
