I hired Manchester Moving company to load my Furniture and Boxes into our Penski Truck since we were driving it to Florida. I trusted them to pack and protect my bigger Furniture because that's what there suppose to be train to do. They remove cushions from my couch and Chair and put large plastic bin's on top and broke the springs, they put my armoire against steel which held the many boxes already in the truck. Never used the blankets the 24 blankets I had to protect my Furniture. When we Arrived in Florida I had so much damage to my furniture I just wanted to cry. My entertainment center is completely ruined and my armoire is deeply scratched. I called them and they told me they are not responsible for furniture being put into a truck they don't move. If you read the complaints against this company, someone needs to do something about them. I took picture and sent them to the company with no response. They not only did not protect my furniture it was annoying to see only one guy do all the extra work, when I paid over $110.00 per hour to have two experience Professional movers to pack my Truck.

Please help me fight this company ! They have done a lot of damage to my furniture and more important to other consumers.
