I ordered and paid for a trial product of skin collagen where the only costs were the postage amounts of 3.95 and 7.95 as advertised on their site. It clearly stated that you have a 15 day trial period (or less if you choose) and then outlined hoe to return the packaging(even if it was empty) in the required period
The trial product hadnt even arrived before they charged my card with the full amount t for the product , which was 3 days after they debited the trial postage amounts.
Before proceeding with the trila offer, the website outlines how to obtain a RMA ( or return number) from their website/your account, and also offers a 100% money back guarantee if the first regular shipment turns up and you didnt order it/ or dont like it.
The free cancel RMA number option somes up as "error " when you go to cancel your account or any further orders and geives a cancel offer that charges a further 39.95 to proceed.
I did not choose this option. but when I went back into the site to try again, it stated that my account had already been cancelled
In other words it would have selected a cancellation preference for you - but doesnt indicate which one.(in other words it defaults most likely to the cancellation with the charges.), I tried therefore to call the contact numbers and email but they do not work.
The trial products themselves only tuned up on the10th July 2013 .I have had no choice but to cancel my debit card - at a further replacement cost.The site displays guarantees for full refunds
Its extremely fraudulent . The fine print outlines a process and I took it as stated. Your other customer complaints summarise a similar experience Extremely frustrating and costly to people.
