I hired Marbleblue to clean, hone and polish my marble floors after a flood I had in my home. A few days after the floor was finished, cloudy lookiing spots appeared all over. They came back 2 times to try to fix it. It looks better but certainly not very good. I also had them remove and replace the grout on the floor. They also came back and fixed that. The grout keeps coming out and I am constantly picking up pieces of grout. I have pictures to prove it.
The manager of my job promised me that if I am not completely satisfied, He will return my money. I have been calling the company for weeks now. No one returns my call. I was told that they closed up the New Jersey office and the manager that worked for me was gone and so was that office. I originally called the NY office and they referred me to the New Jersey office. I am now stuck with this bad floor with pieces of grout coming up all over. I don't know what to do. I paid them alot of money and had them in my home several times and I am the one that is very dissatisfied. Pls let me know how you can help me.
