I ordered their product without realizing it was a scam. After I placed the order they called my home and talked to my wife, informing her of more products they were selling. She said we weren't interested in anything further and did not want to be billed monthly for any of their services. The person on the phone was very insistant in enrolling us in the free one month trial. My wife repeatedly said no, but apparently the "sales rep" didn't listen, because I've been billed for three months of their "web resource services" at $9.47 a month. When I called to inquire as to what I was being billed for I was told they had no record of the phone call with my wife and refused to refund me more than two months because of this. Only time will tell if she truly canceled my subscription and sent a refund. Apparently I was auto enrolled and never canceled after the one month trial. I talked to Emily on the phone, and she refused to let me speak to a supervisor and also refused to give me an address of their business. I will be contacting my credit card company and hopefully they will cover my losses. This company is scum.
