This man said he owned a lottery company and he took it over from a man named Mr Franklin who was fraudulent. He was going to make up what he had taken and complete the package that I had won. However, he did not complete it for I would not continue to give him funds. He charged me to have my name removed from the fraud list several times. He made me pay for a lawyer to accompany on the transaction Then he charged me for the service of having to go to the warehouse etc. It took me a while but I now realize he did not care for me but for money and that just was his mission. I have been fighting cancer as well as financial problems and he fed off of that with promises with no intention of keeping them. I have turned him off but asked him to return my funds. Of course this is not allowed by him so once again I was taken. I hope they will catch this culprit and jail him for misrepresenting his company. He works between New York and Jacksonville Florida.
