When searching for online DL renewal this is the first site on Google. The URL link reads "Florida DMV Services - floridadriverslicensing.org" This is VERY misleading, In their defense it does say (in light font) at the top of the page "This site is privately owned. It is not affiliated with, nor operated by any state or government agency".
After hitting the submit button it occurred to me I never entered a DL#. Reading their site CAREFULLY there is wording that states their "services". I immediately sent an email requesting a refund and cancellation of my "guide package". Within 30 min I received a polite email explaining their services and a promise of full refund. So while not legally a SCAM it serves as a good reminder "if it is easy... IT IS obviously NOT BEING RUN BY OUR GOVERNMENT!!!" (e.g. healthcare)
