I am the owner of an expandable villa at the above location. The above group marketing people showed me and my family a first class sample villa built with great building material and then after 100% payment in September October 2011 they made a cheap and third class villa with really poor quality woodwork, broken tiles, worst class almirahs and shocked me completely in Feburary 2012 when I visited the place (I could not stay there as in all the time as I live at Gurgaon for my IT career, they took complete advantage of this issue and simply worked against the agreement that we made). I have complete bank records and everything. Later on, I said a clear cut 'NO' towards taking the possession matter, but there another thug employee (who is no more seen there now) committed that as the construction of the apartments is still going on, they can mend it in full with abundant raw material. During this course of time, their another corrupt official (GM Gupta) got arrested and beaten by Bathinda police by illicitly selling the trucks of cement meant for the customer homes. In turn, I see many dis formations being developed in most of the walls of my villa esp. the back side boundary and the kitchen one. It has turned into the worst nightmare of my life and I cannot sleep in Gurgaon, I am out of any money to invest on any big assets as those millions that I spent in 2011 were all I got from my Late grandfather's inheritance. I approached them a zillion times and they surveyed my home a number of times, but not moved a brick. Later on, all the maintenance staff started misbehaving with me and started avoiding me and started singing the song that you MUST HAVE NOT TAKEN THE POSSESSION and contact those bloody mittals and ansals then. God damn them all. The greatest dream home of my life is lying in debris as a soily store and even after paying the society charges and other misc. charges, every time I call an employee to do some work like the cleaning staff, they ask for money that I deny and they stop visiting thereafter. I wonder, do we have any law and order in Bathinda by this cow fat made fake ghee selling group of the seventies. I DEMAND THE MONEY (ON TODAY'S RATE) + THE DAMAGES (FIVE VISITS AFTER PURCHASE, THREE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION), NO ACTION TAKEN. I wonder what Bathinda Poilce and Badal Government are doing. If my justified demands won't get heard again, I will start a massive campaign and I am also publishing all pictures over the web of the insides and exteriors of my villa (B-0587), so that people can judge on their own that who is right and who is wrong. The BCL Infra people should burn in hell, one after another.
