After receiving the second jar in the mail, I realized that I had been enrolled in a membership and that the first jar was not a trial jar to see if I liked the product. I went to the website and sent an email to Customer Service that I did not want any more jars of this cream. Yesterday, another jar came in the mail. This time I called and received a "cancellation number." I hope this is the end of it.
