I initially did business with this company and received the products. However, I then began getting daily phone calls, several times a day from who I thought was them, asking me about refills, offering discounts if I order today. I ordered my refill through the people calling me, received it first when then doubled the order in a word-sandwich explanation...six months later, ordered again and have not gotten my product.

I believe a scam is taking place through selling of phone numbers to anyone with a phone and a warehouse generic pharmaceutical company on redial.

The man, Ben, after i gave him my CC details, waited 3 weeks and then told me the wrong person got my $$, that I should get it back from the bank, then proceed to the nearest Western Union office, and wire it to him. He would then release my medications to be shipped overnight.

Scam if I ever saw one. Be sure if you take medications you have a 30 day supply before you reorder. A person dependent on their meds could die a cruel death doing business with these people ... again, not certain it is medsupportonline or another entity (ies) who brought the information in a telephone scam which is an industry in itself.
