Their warranty and return policy is a lie.Specs are wrong.I purchased two Hero v6888 smartphones from them and both was faulty and not as described.After i upload two video with problem on youtube i send them back phones as DOA.Their warranty and return policy says that ""we will pay for the shipping send back ,please return it to us at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and we will ship a functional replacement to you free of charge.""After they receive phones they mail me that they send them to factory for repairs,and that they was not responsible for shipping that cost me 22,9 euro.They also didn't want to replace them with new as their warranty and return policy report.I open a case on paypal and i claim a refund for phones and shipping cost.I will only refund for phones because paypal's policy do not accept my shipping cost even if pandawill's policy do.Buing from them is a risk.Either you will be lucky or you throw your money on garbage.

As they request i post phones at the lowest cost possible and i email the receipts with the 23,9 euro that i paid.What i ask from paypal is the refund of 163,78$ i pay for 2 phones plus 23,9 euro i paid for shipping.

The receipt is proof from Hellenic post (with tracking number) that i send them back on 7th june.On 25th june pandawill email me that they have receive phones and send them to factory for repair.

finaly solved.i refunded full amount for phones plus postage cost.
