Hello to everyone receiving this,

I write to you because of my concern of what is going on with South Florida Energy Savers and Jon THIS COMPANY IS ONLY BEEN REGISTERED SINCE MAY 30,2012. There are a lot of things being said out there on behalf of what is YGRENE and it is being done wrong.You may call Ms Rosa Davis at 786-312-4113 give her a call to find the truth. This is a perfect example on what she was pitched on . Keep in mind that the reputation here in Miami is very important and I have attached why after 17 weeks I had to leave South Florida Energy savers because they did not pay me my monies agreed upon with a contract and if these are the type of companies that are going to represent YGRENE then there is a major problem and you know very well how word of mouth spreads and until this day i still have not been compensated.

I Louis R. Medina Sr. do hereby as of May 17, 2013 resign from all my duties at South Florida Energy Savers. I have worked there since January 23, 2013 that is seventeen weeks and in all that time you made promises that just were never fulfilled. I always like to work in an environment that is positive but most of all truthful and this is not the case. The following reasons are the cause of my departure.
Reasons:

In 17 weeks did not pay all monies agreed upon from appointments and jobs sold.
Never investigated why the initials on leads were changed from original to computer generated.
The humiliation and degradation in front of other coworkers.
No business cards for the last 4 weeks.
Not supplying me with the proper equipment and tools to do the job properly.
Not informing of the jobs sold.
No proper record keeping at all keeping all sold jobs a secret.
No work schedule at all.
Promising to be paid what is owed from jobs sold.
The constant changing of what my duties at the work.
Making the office a hostile work environment.
Not being truthful with other people that wanted to do business with the company.
There are no business ethics in place at all.


I would like to solve this matter in an expedient manner. So by May 27, 2013 at 3pm I would like all monies owed to me or I shall be forced to seek legal counsel and take legal action in this matter.
