I applied for cash advance over interenet for a sick little boy of mine. I had an agent call me and told me i had been approved for a 5000.00 dollar credit card. I am an EMS driver and could not talk, but did ask If I could spend the card any where. And was told yes. I paid the 99.00 dollars and received an email for the credit card. i activated it and was routed to a site site that only had stores on the internet to shop for. I contacted this express platinum card company and was told I could not get my refund back!
