I had an e-mail account w/SBC....for >10 years, I have was unable to access the account, and now they tell me that it's now a free account, and w/o my account number; they can't help me. Then they sent me to an
800 number, which was in India...they were very nasty, and told me that they wouldn't help me unless I paid them $199. and were very nasty to me. This is not a very good amount of details, but if I could verbally talk to someone....you w/realize I have a legitimate claim, and because I am a senior, on a very small/fixed income....I'm being taken advantage of....and I need help. It needs to come out to the public, so that my complaint can and will help others. We should be able to stand up against injustice from large companies...they need to be held accountable....I just have to find the right person...I hope that you can help me and/or refer me to another source. Please we should be respected and not taken advantage of.
You can call me at (Personal Information Removed)and/or e-mail me.
Respectfully Submitted, Barb Roderick
