I ordered a Michael Kors purse that had ran out of stock everywhere from this hollyrotic website and never received the purse. I was iffy about a fake purse so I wanted to speak to a live person and have their word that it was genuine. I spoke to one woman who claimed everything on the website was genuine. I went ahead and purchased it with my credit card. After my order I received an email that said I would be receiving my merchandise in a month! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that I had started having and waited till after a month. Nothing happened. When I contacted them, they kept telling me one lie after the next. So I called my credit card company, Citi Bank, and they opened an Investigation. They never responded to the investigation so Citi Bank withdrew the funds from their 'coffers' ( don't know how that goes about) but long and short is, my money was made available to me because I called my bank. Anyone who encounters a fraudulent transaction should call their bank; they'll get their money back.
