Surfwebsport.com - the phone number is from Texas but the domain name of the website is a PO Box in Portland, Oregon. I have a charge on my card from surfwebsport that I did not make. They cannot be reached by phone and I don't want them to have my email address now - and there's no guarantee that they will reverse the charge. I hear that companies like this make small charges (that they hope will go unnoticed) and if they work, then they make large charges. Best resolution is probably cancelling the card. Unfortunate that these people waste our time and increase bank costs.
