Repeatedly, ultraslim max which does its billing via a third company PGCSUPPORT scammed my daughters debit card for a total of 400$. She has never had any relationship with this entity and certainly never ordered any products from them. On calling, they refunded the charges in the last 3 months but won't refund the 2012 charges. My bank won't refund old scam charges beyond 90 days. They perform test charges of small amounts and then charges of 39.95. The name they they call themselves changes all the time. Isn't there any way to get back the moneys. Class action?
