I was involved in a major bus accident (in my opinion)on August 6, 2012 in Niagara Falls on Rainbow BLVD, which was due to reckless endangerment of one of the Niagara Falls metro drivers of the Trolley Bus #55 and cover up of Officer Tallarico (patrol #63) She caused that accident (vehicular crash) which had set me back in my goals to work. I was a MASTERS degree student who was on vacation for the first time in UPSTATE New York and in/at the Niagara Falls community.

I was going in and out to the Emergency room and the doctors claim to not find anything, my ribcage and sides and back have been causing me extreme difficulty in my life. When I arrived in Buffalo, the following day after leaving the Niagara Falls Amtrak train station, I could barely move my neck and body side to side, I looked and walked like a Zombie, people were giving me pain cremes and pain pills to help me survive until I got to my destination from Buffalo to Texas. I also realized that NO ONE from your company contacted me personally by phone, even though you had my name and phone number. Today my condition has worsened and sometimes I can barely think, but I am a fighter. The female is reckless and should be drug tested.

The driver could have avoided the accident scene. She was talking to me well in advance about the approaching vehicle stuck in traffic. She created the incident by making that quick move to block the approaching vehicle from getting a clear shot at getting out of that congested area. I was the only passenger on the bus and I was sitting up next to the driver on the right hand side of her and when the car hit the bus, it hit directly behind me (my BACK). The driver was told to take my name and phone number but the company never called me. The police officer fixed the incident report. (FIXED IT)
