I knew better but ordered the sample anyway. Then was billed for total amount. There isn't a phone number anywhere on the box and no instruction anywhere to cancel. Another complaint said the same thing.. So how do I resolve this!!!! I want a refund of approximately $90.00.

- Same thing happened to me there was absolutely no paperwork of any kind included in the shipment, no phone numbers, no invoice outlining the $4.95 fee or product and no info regarding 14 day cancellation. NO PAPERWORK. I want my $192 refunded.
