I had lived there 3 years with my young daughter and pet. The community oakwood management decides to charge me for the carpet? $588 saying carpet should last 7 years. The carpet was fine! I always paid my rent, I had several issues there, including mold, mice, I even have pictureso of my place. SHOWING the carpet was fine. the rental manager Hailey was extremely rude. I emailed her to address it and she RUDEly emailed me back. I am now waiting for management to conact me to discuss.
