On the internet browser asked for Microsoft Support. Clicked on a site stating Microsoft support. Ended up with an outfit Named PCUNITY.INC.
Asked to have them help with a sound problem they said they would and then said after taking over my computer that I had been hacked and offered there services for three years at $299 . I agreed and now I still have problems and get no response from them.
