Hi I'm Nicholas Tillett I'm filing a complaint against CNAC they lied to me they decieted me.Let me start from the beginning i purchased a o4 ford taurus for 12,500 with 97728 miles i sighed the contract. About ten months later i wrecked the car i still owed 8,500 on it my insurance company only covered 3,300 on it. I was told by Scott Shole that if i made a half payment that it wouldn't go on my credit because i,m making a payment.My payments are $316 a month for 3 months i made $158 for the last 4 months i made my full payment. They charged it off on my credit after they said they wouldn't. I no longer have the car they said they would work with me because of the situation they did the complete opposite they did not tell me they charged it to my credit. They accepted my payments they strung me along lied to me they just tricked me. Now my credit is hurt and i don,t what to do. Thank you
