Dave Brown calls you at home and claims to be with Publishers Clearing House. He says you have won $500,000.00 and a new Mercedes Benz Automobile. He asks you to buy a Green Dot Money Pack Scratch Card for $500.00. He gives you his phone number (1-876-299-2753) and tells you to scratch off the card and give him the 14 digit number. At that point you are told a Prize Team will be showing up at your door with the prizes within 2 hours. The team never shows up. The 14 digit number you gave him allows him to transfer your $500.00 to his Green Dot Money Pack Card which is simply a debit/credit card that he can use as he wishes.
