I canceled the order the same day it was placed which was Jan 3rd 2013 and I have still not received a refund yet. I canceled in time so the order was never shipped. The order was accidentally placed by my 5 year old little boy. I still have not received the money back or product. I also tried contacting the company responsible for charging my credit card which is fashionpay. Please, Please, Please anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
