I have been with at&t for over 15 years. i would say a loyal longtime customer. Since Dec 2012 when i moved to a different part of my state I have had nothing but issues with AT&T. Thank goodness I only have until August 2013 left on my contract, if I can find someone who will pay for me to transfer for better service then I will be leaving sooner.

I received a call from AT&T on Friday June 21st. The call said contact us before 7 pm at certain phone number. I called back before 7 and got a lady who could not find my account. I gave her my account number and she stated that I had a specific Internet account so I need to go to a different dept. so I was transferred then someone else sd " I don't know why they sent you here" transferred again back to the original department and they were now closed. Mind you I was on the pone for an hour and got transferred to 4-5 different departments that were to ale to locate my account told. Since I didn't get anywhere and I was concerned about them cutting service since that is something they like to do, I called back again. Got this rude boy who kept telling me I needed to make a payment for June. I said I know the bill is due on the 24th and I have the payment all set for that. You can post date it you won't however it's not due until the 24 th and today is only the 22. He insisted that I pay right then or they SUSPEND my SERVICE! Really, I stated if the bill is due for the 24 and today is the 22 how is that right. I asked to speak to a sup. since clearly this boy was unable to explain why I was having my service suspended if I did make a payment right then.....THEN this little smart mouth "sup" gets on the call saying you need to make payment arrangements or and we will then restore your service. I explained that arrangements are set because the bill is due on the 24 and it will be pd on that day. She kept cutting me off, raising her voice. Saying then you will not have service.
Finally I sd fine you want the payment arrangement on June 24 when the bill is DUE AT&T is authorized to withdraw the payment.
I am a sup of a mortgage company . I have been in management for a long time and to have AT&T's "supervisors" talk to me the way she did makes me sick. If I ever heard something like this from one of my people they would no longer have a job. AT&T has changed for a longtime customer to go somewhere else because nothing is done correctly and here cs reps don't know what they are doing and how to look up acct and there sups........no comment
This is horrible service.
