International boundaries
Ordered a Gametimecard and canceled the order 3 hours later before i recieved anything. They refuse the refund im entitled to according to german law (since they opperate and sell in Germany as well).

After more investigation this seems to be a common practice for them in germany.

As long as you play by their rules everything is fine, but should you insist on a
refund (which you are entitlted to by german law) or cancel an order they will the money

The internet is full of complaints of all sorts regarding this company,
sadly they are all in german, else i would supply more links.
