I also had an ad flash by on Face Book....I responded the ad which stated *Free* trial...there was no terms on the site I was on no conditions or if there was it was so not visble.....I didnt do anything because my statement said *free*....pay only shipping and handling....low and behold I get my credit card and there was 2 charges there one from Lorelia and trylore (same company) ...of 200 bucks....I called the CC company and they refered me back to the company....I talked to Marsela and she told me that there were conditions...and that I had 14 days to respond and cancel.....she also told me that there was no refund policy which was not true...on the terms and conditions that suddnely appeared on the site along with a new skin car product says 30 refund so she would only give me 50% off the product that is in the mail......not happy camper.....not finished yet with this company
